Win8 taskbar input method icon is missing, how to do

  
Using the Win8 system, the Microsoft Pinyin input method icon normally displayed in the lower right corner of the taskbar is lost, and the input method cannot be switched using win+space. The fault phenomenon is as follows:

Workaround:
1. In the blank space of the taskbar, right-click and select Properties. In the Open “Taskbar Properties” dialog box, click the “Secondary" button under the “Taskbar” tab;

2 Pop up the notification area icon window, click the “Enable or disable system icon” option in the lower left corner;

3. From the pop-up “System icon” window, you can find “Enter the indication”. Option, change the behavior "close" to “enable”

4. At this point, you can check that the input method icon is displayed in the notification area.

Remarks:
If after the above operation, it is found that the input method icon is still not displayed in the notification area of ​​the taskbar, only the input method icon placeholder is added, as shown below:

Please Open the C:WindowsSystem32LogFiles directory to see if there is a Scm folder. If there is no such folder, create a new Scm folder and restart the computer to solve it.
