Select “Advanced Settings> in Control Panel - Clock, Language and Region - Language.

Check "Allow me to set a different input method for each application window" and click Save.

After setting, we create two new text documents for testing. Switch to the English input state in the first active text document, then open the second text document and find that it is still not in Chinese.
