How to find Chinese-American keyboard in Win8

As we all know, Win8 has a strict classification of the input method. Chinese input methods can only be added to Chinese input methods, such as Microsoft Pinyin (see the figure below).
But in the previous Win7 and XP era, Chinese input method can add English.
So in the Chinese input method, "Chinese-American keyboard" is shielded by default. Some old users may be used to switching input methods with ctrl+shift, and now feel very uncomfortable.
Then we can retrieve the Chinese American keyboard.

1. Open CMD, enter regedit to open the registry editor;
2. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Keyboard Layout/Substitutes, create a new "string value", name is 00000804, value is 00000409; Br>3. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Keyboard Layout/Preload, create a new "string value", name is 1, value is 00000804 (if '"1" already exists, update the value directly);
etc. And then go and see, "language options" inside is not found "Chinese-American keyboard" is back.
