Basic conditions for running Windows 8

First, the computer configuration conditions
Before installing Windows 8, you should first understand the basic conditions that the computer system should have. According to Microsoft's official recommendation, the hardware requirements of the Windows 8 system mainly have the following two standards.
1, processor: 1GHz 32-bit or 64-bit processor.
2, memory: 1GB and above (32-bit) or 2GB and upper (64-bit).
3, graphics card: support DirectX 9 and the memory capacity is 128MB.
4, hard disk space: At least 16GB (32-bit) or 20GB (64-bit) free space NTFS partition.
5. Display: The resolution is at least 1024*768 pixels. Below this resolution, some functions cannot be displayed normally.
In fact, these requirements are not very high, even the old machines a few years ago can meet the demand. But this is just the minimum configuration standard for Windows 8 to enter. If you want to run smoothly and turn on special effects, then it is better to use a higher configuration computer, otherwise you will find that the effect of Windows 8 is not as good as you think.
Second, the hard disk system requirements
After meeting the hardware requirements, the installation of Windows8 for software needs, especially the hard disk system has considerable requirements.
1. The hard disk partition of the Windows 8 system must be configured with NTFS. Otherwise, an error message will appear during the installation process and it will not be installed properly.
2, because Windows8 system has higher requirements for hard disk free space, so the hard disk used to install Windows8 system must ensure at least 16GB, it is best to provide 40GB free space partition for system installation.
