Fun win 8 Unlock the mystery of hidden gadgets

It is reported that the Windows 8 preview released recently has been reported to have many hidden features, but people are full of curiosity about Win8, hoping to unlock these features blocked by Microsoft. And in the known Win8 development system, there are many completely different designs, such as the Metro UI like WP7, the built-in PDF reader that can read PDF, the WebCam running on the browser, and the new built-in desktop. Split screen and so on.
But since the current version of Win8 is still relatively primitive, the functions of each module are not powerful enough, so most of these functions are scattered in the Win8 system directory as files. However, if you don't look at it, it will always make people feel uncomfortable. Let's experience the mysterious tools together with the author.
First, the screen split screen
split screen software we all know, can help us quickly achieve multi-desktop operations like Android, especially in the busy White Collar circle.
In Win8 Pre-M3 7955, I found a small file named "Desktops.exe" in the C:\\Sysint folder. After the trial, I found out that this is actually a Microsoft built-in score. Screen widget.
When you double-click the file, a license agreement will pop up first. After confirming, the shortcut key setting box will be opened. Here we can set the virtual desktop switch key and whether to boot and other options.
From the interface, the developer of this gadget is Sysinternals.com. Don't think that this is a small company running in the rivers and lakes. Its predecessor is the famous Winternals, which was acquired by Microsoft after 2006.
Obviously from this point of view, Win8's future integrated screen split screen is still very likely.
The function of the software is very simple, there is almost no special design, we can switch to any desktop at any time with the help of shortcut keys, and each desktop has a certain personalized storage function, such as personalized wallpaper, exclusive tasks. Bar and so on.
But the desktop icon is still shared, which is a gap compared to other professional tools. In addition to the shortcut keys, we can also switch the desktop by clicking the software icon in the system tray.
The difference is that this method will pop up a preview pane, complete the switch by clicking the thumbnail with the mouse.
Second, PDF reader
Like the split screen software, the PDF reader is also a small file located under C:\\Program Files\\Mcrosoft\\Windows.glcnd\\, named “ldcnd.exe”.
But the interface after double-clicking may be disappointing, because there isn't even an icon or button here except for the top "PDF".
To bring up the full interface, you need to combine the keys Ctrl+Shift+F9 and then open a PDF file with Ctrl+O. At this point you will find that the reader has started to make some small changes.
The first is the position bar that pops up at the far right. It can list the page number of the entire document here, and it can also indicate the current position through a slider.
Secondly, the quick return button in the upper left corner is more simple, which is to bring the user directly back to the last position.
In addition to this, this built-in PDF reader also hides some small commands.
For example, you can switch between the three display scales by Ctrl+1/2/0, the actual size/suitable width/fit height, the rotation display of the document by Ctrl+R, and the Ctrl+P key activation. Quick printing and more.
In the end, the only one that does not match the leak map is that I have not found the option to display multiple pages side by side.
