Win8 will automatically open a bing page every time you connect to the network

This issue can be changed directly to your favorite website each time you start Internet Explorer 10 by changing the home page
setting up the home page. Here's how:
Make sure you close all open tabs and open Internet Explorer from your desktop.
Click or click Tools, then tap or click “Internet Options”.
Under the General tab, enter the URL of the new homepage, then click or click “Apply”.
You will need to restart Internet Explorer and the desktop version of Internet Explorer to see the new home page. You can change the home page at any time, or set up multiple home pages (which will open in a separate tab).
