First of all, to log in to the system as an administrator, we need to use the administrator's permissions to change the system settings. Win+R opens the run, enter "%userprofile%" and make sure to continue to enter AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindows in the address bar. (Note that since the path is a hidden folder, you need to check Show hidden in View - Options - View. Files, folders, and disk drives can be located at that address.)
Then right-click on the Explorer folder to open the Properties window, click “Security", then click “Advanced”
in the Security dialog box. Click “Add” - “Select Subject”, enter SYSTEM in the text box to get the SYSTEM permission item, click “display advanced permission", type change to “reject", check the following figure Advanced permissions, click “OK” when done.
