Question 1. Metro version IE10 can't start
This problem is more common. When Win8 RP version is installed, Metro IE and desktop IE work normally, but use After a while, Metro IE can't start (it will launch desktop IE directly after clicking).
This problem is mainly caused by the third-party browser you installed. When the user manually sets other browsers (non-IE) as the default browser, the Metro version of IE will not be able to start.

After knowing these, the solution is much simpler. First, open the control panel → “ default program & rdquo;, set IE10 back to the default browser. Then, click “Settings"→“Internet Options", cancel the "Program" before the label"IE tile to open the Internet Explorer on the desktop> checkbox.
After all this is done, you will find that our Metro IE is back!
