Windows 8 system micro-host problems

According to foreign media reports, Microsoft recently seems to have not paid much attention to the Windows 8 system, but the official blog of Windows micro-host recently updated for the first time in several months. Microsoft has revealed some issues that may arise when connecting a Windows 8 Consumer Preview OS system to a Windows Home Server-based computer.

The blog says that if users use a Windows Home Server 2011 computer, there will be problems when they are connected to a computer with Windows 8 Consumer Preview. These issues include when a user attempts to access a shared folder in the same group of other computers, the user will be asked to provide a trust certificate. It also includes issues such as tiny images that are not properly displayed on the remote web access page.

It is reported that another problem is that users need to license .NET 3.5 to join Windows Home Server 2011 in Windows 8. In this case, Microsoft provides a way to work in WiFi pages.
