Windows 8 file drag and drop, custom lock screen function introduction

  

With Windows 8 Build 7955 leaking time is getting longer and longer, more and more new features are emerging, today I will introduce you today Found two Windows 8 features.

First, a new drag-and-drop feature of Windows 8 Explorer, Windows 8 allows users to drag folders or files directly to any node up in the address bar, in Vista and Windows 7. To do the same, you need to copy or cut the file and paste it into this location.

As shown below, you can drag and drop the sample music folder directly into the Public folder in the address bar. Although this feature is not a huge change, it brings greater convenience to the user.



The second one to introduce to you is the custom lock screen of Windows 8, compared to the single lock screen login interface in Windows 7, in order to provide more Perfect personalized experience, Windows 8 allows users to use the desktop background as their own lock screen image. Combined with Windows 8 desktop wallpaper slideshow, users will see different lock screen login screens each time they return to the screen.



To enable this feature, simply modify a value in the C:\\Windows\\Resources\\Ease of Access Themes\\basic.theme file.
