Rebooting the computer is a must, because you will be prompted to open the folder when you want to delete it. So let's restart first. The first step after rebooting is to open C:\\Windows\\SoftwareDistribution\\Download and you can delete all the folders below this folder. 1. Double-click the computer, find the C drive, and find the Windows folder under the root directory of the C drive;

2. Find the folder of softwaredistribution under the Windows folder;

3. Find the folder for download;

4. The data in the download folder is the cache file, delete all the data inside, please do not delete the download folder;

5. When deleting, it is possible that some programs cannot be deleted. You can restart the machine, delete it again, and then reinstall it.
