IE11 can not open the local website under Win8.1

Recently, under the new system Windows 8.1, use IE11 to debug the local system. When you enter the URL in the browser and press the Enter key, the following prompt appears. This page is displayed.

After trying to add the URL to the list of trusted URLs, IE still can't open this URL properly. Originally under the [Security] tab of [Internet Options], the site defaults to the Internet, not the local Internet, so we only need to add the URL to the list of local Internet addresses.

Workaround: 1. After launching IE, under the [Internet Options]->[Security] tab, select Local Internet->Click [Site];

2 After the local Internet, click the [Advanced] button;

3, add the relevant website domain name to it.
