        Because mobile broadband is a relatively new technology, some terms and concepts may be unfamiliar. We'll cover these in this article and the steps you need to set up and use a mobile broadband connection.

What is mobile broadband?

If your SIM card is locked, mobile operators will set the default PIN. When the device is locked, it will be unusable and requires a PIN to unlock it. Check the information that came with your SIM card or subscription. If you cannot find an access string or APN and cannot connect to the Internet, contact your mobile carrier.
