Win8 system quickly set hidden files and extensions

In our computer, there will inevitably be some data files that you don't want others to see. Generally, we will set them as "hidden files" to protect privacy. However, in the Windows system before Win8, hiding/displaying files is a cumbersome task - we need to enter the folder option to change the settings, the steps are more complicated. The Win8 system provides a very simple method, as follows.

Win8's file manager is quite different from XP and Win7. It uses a feature similar to Office 2013 that can be hidden. When we click on the button on the function bar, we can see many hidden features, such as sharing, copying, burning, and so on.

Previously we could only modify the settings in "Folder Options"

Now Win8 system supports setting "Click" in the file manager, we can see the file Options such as "extension", "hidden item". After checking it, we can see the extension of the hidden file or file.

In addition to changing hidden files and extensions, we can also modify the sharing properties of files in the "Share" column. The function is very intuitive and we can operate it easily.

Unlike what people thought before, Win8 is not just on the mobile side, it has a lot of improvements to the traditional desktop. Compared with the previous one, Win8 is indeed a very user-friendly operating system.
