Start Windows 8 and log in directly to the desktop

When Windows 8 is still in the consumption preview stage, Xiaobian once shared a technique to log in directly to the traditional desktop after launching Win8 ( see this article
). Today, by chance, I found a way to achieve the same purpose (direct login to the desktop), and this trick is much simpler than the last one.

The whole process only needs two steps. First open the file explorer, then click "View" - "Options" on the menu.

Click "View-Options" on the menu bar

Next, switch to the "View" tab in the new window that opens, and click "Login" in the advanced settings. Restore the previous folder window is selected, and you are sure to exit after completion.

Select "Restore the previous folder window when logging in"

After finishing the above settings, you only need to keep a file manager window after shutting down Close
, the next time you start the system will automatically log in to the desktop and open the file manager location before shutdown, in disguise to achieve the purpose of directly entering the desktop after login.
