Explorer: Lock to Start Screen

User Sound: Half of the entries in my Windows 7 Start Menu are shortcuts to folders, and files will no longer be supported in the Windows 8 Start screen. Clip shortcuts, what should I do?

In Windows 8 Beta, you can easily lock your favorite folders to the start screen. The "Pin to Start" option is available in the Resource Manager's Ribbon interface:



As in Windows 7, you can manage shortcuts and executables directly from the resource management. Locked into the Start start screen.

User Voice: Although the "Open Command Prompt" option in the File menu is also useful, I am more accustomed to using PowerShell.

Microsoft also added "Open PowerShell Prompt" in Windows 8 Beta, as shown below:
