Windows 8 System Shortcut Summary

  
If you are using a device that is not a touch screen, keyboard shortcuts will greatly improve your operational efficiency when you experience the Windows 8 Consumer Preview
. Microsoft believes that the use of shortcuts will be more frequent in Windows 8 than in previous versions. Microsoft Windows team member Kent Walter has compiled a summary of Windows 8 shortcuts and created a chart that you can print out for easy viewing.

Walter pointed out that this is not the ultimate shortcut keys, after all, Windows 8 also still in development, but for your current experience, this table would be helpful.

Windows key: open the start screen

Windows key + space key: switch input language and keyboard layout < BR>
Windows key +O: Disable screen flip

Windows key +,: Temporary view desktop

Windows key +V: Switch system notification information

Windows key +Shift+V: Reverse switching system notification information

Windows key + Enter: Open "narrator"

Windows key + PgUp: Move the start screen or Metro application to the left display

Windows key + PgDown: Move the start screen or Metro application to the right display
