Win8 start menu metro inside the weather and other programs can not open the solution

After clicking the start menu, it can be used except IE and display desktop. The click is not reflected. After online verification, there are two main reasons. I modified the resolution to 1024*768 or more to solve the problem. Because the resolution is lower than 1024*768, it does not meet the requirements of metro applications. 1. The problem of the administrator account. The administrator account does not have administrative rights for some programs by default. If you are unable to open the application, see if you are using the default administrator account (Administrator). The solution is to create a new account, if you still want to use it. For an account with administrator privileges, you only need to give administrator privileges to the new account. 2, because the resolution is lower than 1024 * 768, can not meet the requirements of the metro application. Temporary solution at 1024x600 resolution: 1. Run/regedit 2. Press "F3(Edit/Find)" Enter: Display1_DownScalingSupported, press OK, it will take a few minutes to search 3. The search results are found Double-click on Display1_DownScalingSupported, change its machine code from 0 to 1, then press F3 to search for it and modify it until it is all changed. (I only need to find one to change when I measured it.) 4. After rebooting, press the right button on the screen. With a screen resolution, there will be 1024x768 and a higher resolution option.
