Win8 uses Windows update cleanup tool to clean up system disk garbage

  
                

During the use of Win8, the amount of garbage generated is countless, especially the system disk. It is inevitable that a large amount of file garbage will be left behind, which will make the system disk overwhelmed and affect the operation of Win8. How to clear these system disk garbage?

Usually these update files are in the WinSxS folder of the Win8 system directory, but manual cleaning is both cumbersome and risky. However, there is a small software called "Windows Update Cleanup Tool" that automatically performs cleanup for us.

After the software is running, select the partition where Win8 system is located, and then click “Scan Garbage> After a short scan, the list of junk files will be displayed. Figure:

The default has been checked recommendation to delete junk files, as recommended by default. Then click the “Start Cleanup" button to automatically delete the checked items.
