Windows 8 startup will automatically enter the recovery environment when it encounters problems.

With the release of Windows 8 system, various screenshots of the new system have been exposed. Recently, the screenshot of the F8 startup interface of Windows 8 system has flowed out, in the new interface. We have seen that there is no boring text layout in the past, and a Metro style interface.

The Windows engineering team on the MSDN blog also explains how to fix it through this startup interface if there is a problem with the BIOS. If there is a problem with the system, Windows 8 will automatically enter WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment) mode, and a comprehensive scan of the system, and then give the corresponding solution. And the new boot selection interface uses the UEFI (Unified Extensible Interface) architecture, which provides reduced startup time.
