What should I do if the USB device in Win8.1 is not recognized?

KB3022345 is one of the routine update patches this month that is used to enable diagnostic tracking services in Win8.1 systems. In fact, Microsoft had pushed the update in April, but many users had an 800F0922 error when installing the update. Microsoft re-pushed the patch in May to resolve the unsuccessful installation. However, the re-pushing patch can be installed normally, but on some PCs, all USB devices cannot be recognized properly, and neither the mobile phone nor the USB flash memory can be recognized properly.

Even more serious is that even uninstalling the update does not eliminate the problem. The user needs to take advantage of the system restore point (if fortunately not closed) to restore the system to its previous state.
