How to use SkyDrive cloud storage is more convenient?

Win8.1 enhances the priority of SkyDrive cloud storage. By default, files will be saved to SkyDrive first. However, if the network environment is not very good, some of the larger files will take more time to download. If you are offline, you will also see the file is unavailable, sometimes it is awkward. Is there a good solution?

[Solutions]

Under Windows 8.1, all files in the desktop version of SkyDrive are "online available", and only after opening a file will the file be Download online to local. We can break through the solution from this point.

[Solution Method]

To enter the Windows 8.1 desktop environment, open the File Explorer and select “SkyDrive” in the navigation tree on the left. Right-click on the file or folder you are using and select “Offline Available” from the right-click menu so that these files are available without the network. Of course this will take up hard disk space.

If you have enough hard disk space, you can also consider setting all files to "Offline available": Open SkyDrive from the start screen, select "Settings" from the super toolbar, and enter the settings interface. Select “Options" in the right pane to set "Offline access to all files" to be enabled. At this time, if you right click on the SkyDrive folder or file in the desktop environment, the right-click menu will increase the option of "Online available".
