Microsoft's Windows 8.1 Update upgrade file, which will be released this spring, has been released to the Internet by foreign users. After testing the Windows 8.1 Update RTM version, it is found that the so-called upgrade update is only added to the Win8.1 system. Part of the feature so that users can have more choices.

After upgrading from the previous Windows 8 system to Windows 8.1 system, many netizens have asked how to downgrade from Win8.1 to Win8, but unfortunately Microsoft has not provided a convenient and fast way for this. However, the Win8.1 Update RTM version has changed its habits. To downgrade from Windows 8.1 Update to Win8.1, you only need to uninstall the original two patches.

If you want to return to the original Win8.1 system after you have tried the Win8.1 Update RTM version, you can do the following:

1. Go to the Control Panel and select “ Windows Update <;

2. Select the left side of “View Update History”;

3.Select “Installed Update <;
Figure 4

4. Locate two update patches from Win8.1 to Win8.1 Update RTM: KB2919355, KB2919442 for uninstallation. Note that the KB2919355 patch can be uninstalled normally, and the KB2919442 patch is not uninstallable.
