The method for disabling EFS encryption in Win8 is as follows:

1. Right-click on the blank space on the desktop and pop up the “All Apps” option under the desktop. Left click on “All Apps”.

2. Drag the lower scroll bar to the right or scroll down the mouse wheel button to find the "Run” option.

3. Left click on “Run”.
