What should I do if Windows 8 Device Manager displays an exclamation mark?

In the "Device Manager", there is an unmounted "Bluetooth Peripheral" that displays an exclamation point or question mark.

Operation steps:

1. Locate <;Devices & Printers" in the Control Panel">;

2. Find <;Device" Right click on the Bluetooth device that has been linked. Right click <;Properties>;

3. Select "Hardware" to see the "Bluetooth Peripherals" that are not installed.

4. Select “Services” to see the services required by the device. The un-installed Bluetooth peripherals are caused by the failure to install these services. You can find the Bluetooth driver of the device after installation. Or use the method in the figure below to cancel the service of some functions, and then no longer appear in the device manager.
