Press "Win+E" to open the Win8 file explorer and find the following path: System partition: Windowssystem32, narrator.exe file is included in this directory. Of course, you can also type "“Narrator.exe" in the search bar to search directly.
Right click on Narrator.exe, select “Properties" from the right-click menu, click on the "Security" tab, and click the “Advanced” button.
Go to the Advanced Security Settings dialog window for the file and click “Change” after “Owner".
Go to the Owner Settings > Select User or Group & rdquo; dialog window and click “Advanced”.

Click “Find Now”, then click “Users” from the search results, then click the “OK” button. Now let's change the owner to Users.
Now you can see that the owner has changed to Users.

Re-select the "Attributes" in the right-click menu of the Narrator.exe file, and deny the permissions of each user and group in the group or user name in the "Security" tab. & rdquo; That column check “ read & execute & rdquo; and & ldquo; read & rdquo; that is, set the read and execute permissions of all users to refuse, and then click the "confirm" button.
Now all users in the Narrator.exe property have read and execute permissions set to Reject.
