Retrieving the "Accessories" under the Start Menu for Windows 8

There is no "attachment" under the start screen, then these functions are really gone?

Below the start screen Search “calculator”, you can see that the feature has not been canceled, but it is not displayed below the start screen. So, where are they hidden?

Right click on “calculator” select “open file location”

As you can see, the folder for Windows attachments remains By path, it can be seen that its shortcut is still under the "Start Menu" ”-“Programs

At this point, you can right click on the program you want to lock in the start screen, select “pin to the start screen”
