How to change the control of Win10 username

        1. Login name display name can be modified
Windows 10 when logging in to the system or after logging in to the system, the user name is not necessarily the real login user name of the system. Reflected in the user directory name, the name of a user folder under the corresponding “User” folder in the system partition is inconsistent with the registered account. For example, use the local account “old urchin” and the online account “[email protected]” to register and log in to Windows 10, and the account name displayed on the screen is “Old Puck” & ldquo;Tong An ([email protected])” (Figure 1), and the two folders displayed under the “Users” folder are “Old Puck” and “Cfanp” (Figure 2).
The name used by the system to identify different users is the real login name, not the displayed name. Especially in the system managed by the domain, the basis for distinguishing different users is the login name. The login name differs depending on whether the registration is using a local account or a network account. In the process of installing Windows 10, if you log in directly using the Microsoft Mailbox network account, the system will automatically intercept the first 5 characters of the email account as the name of the user folder; if you log in with a local account, this problem does not exist, personal folder The name will appear as the name when the user was registered. So we have the situation we saw above: it was originally registered with the account name of "[email protected]", but the system "user" folder generated the folder "<;cfanp”". Such a user folder looks weird and always wants to modify it. The nickname "Tong An" when you log in may also want to change the individual. So, how do you change these two names?
Change the login name of the Windows 10 account: Right click on the Start button and select “Computer Management”, enter the computer management window, and then go to the “Navigate” in the left navigation bar. Computer Management (Local) & Rarr; System Tools & Rarr; Local Users and Groups & Rarr; Users & rdquo;, in the right pane you will see the current list of all users in the system. Select the user you want to modify, right click and select “rename” to modify the name of the logged in user folder (Figure 3).
Modify the nickname displayed on the Windows account: Right click on the user name of the item "Full Name" in the "Computer Management" window, and select “Properties”, Then modify the contents of the <;full name" text box in the properties window (Figure 4). After this modification, the nickname seen when logging in to Windows 10 is the modified name.
Tips:
Modify the Microsoft network account nickname used for login, you can also set it by logging in to the Microsoft account website. Go to “your email and account" by clicking on “Start Menu →Setting → Account”, click on the Manage My Microsoft Account&links link in the right pane (Figure 5). Then in the Microsoft account management page that is entered, click on the “edit name” text link below the avatar to modify the login name (Figure 6).
2. Don't let the user name leak privacy
For the computer used by many people, the user name of the last login will always be displayed on the Windows 10 login interface user name input box list. If you don't want your information to appear in this box, you can also hide your username by setting it. Let the login user name display a blank input box the next time someone logs in.
If you are using Windows 10 Enterprise, Professional or Education, you can do this by modifying Group Policy. Press the Win+R key combination to start the “Run” window and execute the “SECPOL.MSC” command to start the local security policy. Expand “Security Settings →Local Policies→Security Options”, found in the right pane, "Interactive Login: Do not display the last username", double-click the item and select “ Enabled & rdquo; (Figure 7).
