"Windows cannot connect to the wireless network" Solution

  
When using the Windows 7 system

Connect to the wireless network
, if it appears, you can search for the wireless signal, but the connection does not prompt "“Windows Unable to connect to the wireless network
” problem, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
First, delete the configuration file
If the wireless device always shows that it is connecting or is obtaining an IP address, but can not connect successfully. Try to delete the wireless profile saved on your computer; also ensure that the DHCP function of the
router
is enabled.
Delete method: Click the icon of the wireless signal in the lower right corner of the computer, click [Open Network and Sharing Center], find and click [Manage Wireless Network], in the displayed network list, find the signal of the router, right click and click [ Delete network].

2. Confirm the wireless name
The connection error signal will cause the connection to be unsuccessful. Please confirm the wireless signal name (SSID number).
Confirmation method: Connect to the router management interface through a wired computer and click on the Wireless Settings >> Basic Settings to view the SSID. As shown below:

After confirming the signal name, re-search for the wireless signal, confirm whether the wireless signal is the signal of your own router, and try to connect again.
Third, confirm the wireless password
Enter the wrong wireless password will also lead to the connection is not successful, please confirm the wireless password.
Confirmation method: Connect to the router management interface through a wired computer and click Wireless Settings >> Wireless Security Settings to confirm the wireless password. As shown below:

Fourth, turn off the wireless MAC address filtering
Wireless MAC address filtering is enabled on the router. If the rules are set incorrectly, the wireless connection will not be successful. It is recommended that this function be disabled.
Setting method: Connect to the router management plane through a wired computer and click Wireless Settings >> Wireless MAC Address Filtering to disable the wireless MAC address filtering function. As shown below:

5. Cancel wireless encryption
If the password is entered correctly but cannot be connected, it is recommended to cancel the encryption and test whether the connection is successful without encryption.
Setting method: Connect to the router management interface through a wired computer, click Wireless Settings >> Wireless Security Settings, select not to enable wireless security, then save >> reboot. As shown below:

After the restart is completed, the wireless terminal tries again to connect the signal.
6. Compare other wireless devices
Use other wireless terminals to connect to the router to confirm whether you can access the Internet. You can also use this wireless terminal to connect to other normal wireless network comparison tests.
