Right click on the network connection status icon in the system status bar:

Select [Open Network and Sharing Center]:

Click on the current Internet connection:

In the pop-up network connection status window, click the [Properties] button:

In the pop-up properties window, select [Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP)], and then click the [Properties] button below:

Free DNS can try, 8.8.8.8 or 114.114.114.114

This new DNS server address is set.
