How to solve office font exceptions under Windows 7 system

One, more and more computers have installed Windows
7 or higher, but we often find some of them appear abnormal when opening office files. This type of problem occurs when a file is exchanged between a win7 user and an xp user. This is mainly due to the different font libraries installed by default on XP and win7 systems.

Second, in the WinXP system only the two fonts of imitation Song _GB2312 and 楷GB_12, in the XP system, the font is usually set to imitation Song _GB2312.
