Because the Win10 technology preview that Microsoft provides downloads is only available in English, Simplified Chinese and Portuguese, so if you are currently using Win7/Win8/Win8.1 system Language is not one of these three languages, so you will only be able to keep your personal files when you upgrade, and you won't be able to keep your Windows settings and applications. And the language pack or language interface pack (LIP) installed in the system will also be deleted when installing the Win10 technology preview version
