How to disable some functions in Group Policy in Windows 7

  

During the process of using Windows
7 system, many functions hidden by the system are not used, and it will only occupy system resources when open, we will use some of them. Turn off the function, try to improve the system running speed, the user follows the following steps!

Operation Steps

Press the "Win+R” key combination on the keyboard to open the run input>gpedit.msc”click“OK", open“Local Group Policy Editor ”Expand“Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→ quo;NetMeeting”→“Disable Remote Desktop Sharing>


Select “Disabled>Click “OK”


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→ quo;Windows Media Player”→“Prevent Automatic Updates>;Click “Policy Settings ”.


Select “Enabled>Click “OK” button.


Continue to double-click on “Windows Media Player” in the "Do not display first use dialog" > select “ Enabled & rdquo; click & ldquo; OK & rdquo; button.


Finally, double-click “ Prevent Media Sharing> Select “Enabled”Click the “OK” button.


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→Windows Report Error>Select “Disable Windows Report Error”Click “Strategy Settings & rdquo;.


Select “Enabled”Click the “OK” button.


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→“Windows Mobile Center>Select “Close Windows Mobile Center”Click “Strategy Settings & rdquo;.


Then select “Enabled”press the “OK” button.


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→“Family Group>Select “Prevent Computers from Joining Family Groups Click on “Strategy Settings & rdquo;.


Select “Enabled”press “OK”.


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→“Online Help>Select “Close Event Help”Click “Strategy Settings&rdquo ;


Select “Enabled”press “OK”.


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→“Network Projector>Close “Close“Connect to Network Projector”&rdquo ;Click “Policy Settings”.


Select it as <;Enabled” at "OK”.


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→“Gaming Browser”Select “Close Download Game Info”Click “Strategy Settings & rdquo;.


Select “Enabled”press “OK”.


Continue to double-click to open “close game update" set to “enabled” press “OK”.


Finally, double-click to open “Close Tracking>;Game” Last Game Time in Folder> Select “Enabled”Press “OK”.


Expand “Computer Configuration”→“Windows Components”→“AutoPlay Strategy>Select “Close AutoPlay”Click “Policy Settings ”.


Selected as “Enabled”Set “Close AutoPlay"; set to “All Drives> and press “OK”.


Then double-click to open “do not set “always do this &check>checkbox">, select “enabled”press “detail> Br>


Continue to double-click to open “ turn off autoplay for non-volume devices> select it as “enabled> click “OK".


Finally, double-click to open “the default behavior of automatic operation" select as “enabled", in the "default autorun behavior" selected as “ do not execute any Automatically run the command ”
