The first step is to move the mouse pointer to the upper right corner of the screen until it appears. Super button (Charm menu), click “Settings”.

Step 2: Select “Change Computer
Settings”.

Step 3; on the left side of the new window, select “General", click on the right side of “Delete all content and reinstall Windows" under “Start”.

Step 4: Because you need to delete all your personal data and applications, Windows will ask if you want to do it.
