How to turn off the Win8 system unnecessary notification settings

Microsoft has set the notification function for the metro application. We can modify the app notifications through the settings of a single app, but it becomes inconvenient to modify multiple apps. In fact, we can modify the app notifications through Win8's own notification settings.
