Win7 can not identify the problem of the optical drive solution

Today's friends encountered such a problem, reinstall the system and found that win7 can not identify the optical drive. In a search on the Internet, I found that many netizens have also encountered such problems, so I found a solution for half a day. Let's take it out and share it with you. I believe it will help everyone.

Cause analysis: This problem may be caused by a system key that is not recognized by the registry key value.

Workaround:

1. Use the mouse to click “Start——Run” Then enter "ldedit" in the pop-up window, then confirm; as shown below Shown:

2. When you click OK, the registration editor interface will pop up, we will open: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE--SYSTEM--CurrentControlSet-- Control--Class--{4D36E965-E325- 11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}; as shown below:

3. Locate and delete UpperFilters and LowerFilters in the box on the right; as shown below:

4 Then we restarted the computer and we can see that the win7 system can recognize the CD-ROM drive.

If you computer
encountered a problem with win7 not recognizing the CD-ROM drive, delete the wrong registry key value as described above, I believe it can solve the problem.
