Operation steps

1, select the file or folder you want to delete, right click on the folder-->properties--> switch to " ;Security"tab-->click the "Advanced" button--> at the bottom right to switch to "Owner" tab-->Click the "Edit" button--> In the "Change owner to " box, click on your current username, change the owner of the file to the current username, such as Administrators, and check the "Replace subcontainer and object owner" ; options (folders), all the way to determine, so that you have ownership of the folder.
