1. Start → Run → Input: CMD Click OK (or press Enter) to open the command prompt window;

3. If you enter the trace command: SxsTrace Trace -logfile:SxsTrace.etl, a prompt pops up: SxsTrace failed. The wrong message is: it may be because the operating system does not have the corresponding permissions;

4, start → all programs → attachments & rarr; right command prompt → run as administrator; >

5, once again in the command prompt window with administrator privileges to enter the command, there is a prompt to start:

SxsTrace Trace -logfile:SxsTrace.etl

There are two important pieces of information here. One is that the tracked message is saved in the SxsTrace.etl file.

6. In the Start menu search box, type: SxsTrace.etl file name to find the file, check the cause of the error, etc.
