Win10 Mobile/PC Preview 14951 Fixes and Known Issues

Microsoft today pushed Windows 10 Mobile/PC Preview 14951 to Fast Channel Insider members. Let's take a look at the fixed and known issues for this release.

The PC version has been fixed and improved:

Known Issues for PC

Mobile Known Issues

From this version and last week's Build 14946 restart phone, the device may be stuck on the blue Windows logo screen " stuck”. We have identified 2 errors that cause this issue and check the fix as soon as possible. However, being stuck with ” is only temporary. Insider members who have data restrictions configured on their phones may enter a state where they receive frequent notifications that exceed this limit. To resolve this issue, go to Settings > Devices & Networks > Data Usage, then delete and recreate the data limit settings.
