When the prompt "Print Spooler service has been successfully started", it indicates that the print service has been started and the file can be printed.

If you enter the net start spooler command, the prompt is "The system error occurred. 1058 The service could not be started. The reason may be that the device that has been disabled or the other associated device is not started".

Method 2; Start the system print service

The second method, in the service window, directly start the system print service, the specific process is the first, open the run program, and then enter services. Msc command, OK.

After entering the service window of the system, drag the scroll bar on the right and find the item "Print Spooler", double click to enter its property modification window.

Under the "General" tab, find the "Startup type" option. If the print service is disabled, the current status of this item should be "Disabled".

If you want to start the print service, you must change it to "automatic" or "manual", I set it to "manual", which does not account for memory resources. If necessary, you can also start it manually. After setting it, press the “Apply” button.

When the startup type is changed to "Manual", the "Start" button in the service state changes from gray to available and can be used. Click this button.

When using the command prompt to open the printer service, pay attention to the spaces in the middle of the command, and keep it, otherwise an error will occur.
