Solution:

First, delete the configuration file

Symptom: If the wireless device always shows that it is connecting or is obtaining an IP address, but the connection cannot be successful.

Solution:

1. Try to delete the wireless configuration file saved on the computer;

2. Also ensure that the DHCP function of the router is enabled.

Delete method:

1) Click the wireless signal icon in the lower right corner of the computer, click [Open Network and Sharing Center];

2) Find and click [Manage Wireless Network] ], in the displayed network list, find the signal of the router, right click and click [Delete Network].

2. Confirm the wireless name
