Right-click the Chrome browser desktop shortcut icon, select “properties”; find the target text box, add at the end “--no-sandbox” (as shown below), click to confirm. Note that you may need to use administrator privileges to operate.



The Chrome browser should now run on Windows 10 Build 10525, but there will be a security warning, don't worry. In addition, this temporary solution only supports Chrome 64-bit and does not support Chrome Canary 64-bit.

According to neowin, Google confirmed this problem this morning and said it is being fixed.
