Windows RT Heavy Update Confirmation: Add Start Menu

We already know that Windows RT device users will not be able to upgrade Windows 10, and Microsoft's compensation measure is to provide a heavy upgrade.

Recently, Microsoft confirmed on the Windows 10 FAQ page that it will add a start menu for Windows RT next month. However, as previously disclosed by WinBeta, the new start menu is inconsistent with the current Win10 style, but instead uses DirectUI in Build 9841 (early preview).

In addition, Microsoft also promised to modify the lock screen to better adapt to the tablet work.

For the product of the Ballmer era, "Windows RT", updating once means that the number of support is less. Because Microsoft has completely focused on Win10.
