Windows 8.1 operating system locale bug collection version

After several tests, I finally found a bug in the locale of the Windows 8.1 operating system. Recorded on the case, a reminder to the netizens who encountered this problem, and a way to avoid. Maybe Microsoft's future patches will fix and solve this problem.

Error:

1, first of all, two accounts. After the language pack is installed, an account is normally changed from English to Chinese. Right click on the start icon at the bottom left of the screen to bring up the Chinese menu.

2, another account, right-click the start icon at the bottom left of the screen, but the English menu pops up.

3. Enter the loading interface of the language pack. The system indicates that the Chinese language pack (yellow warning) has been installed on this system.

4, However, the strange thing is to enter the device manager, right click on the device, the pop-up is: Properties (

5, further click on the device properties The menu is a Chinese setting menu.

6, no matter how toss, this is a misunderstood ending.

The reason:

1, finally, found that this problem comes from the method of creating a new account. The problem with the error is to change the account name.

2, enter the account name (Chinese name) → change the name.

3. The new account created in this way will have a mixture of menu and English.

4. If you are not creating a new account by modifying the existing account name, but creating a new account, there will be no such strange phenomenon. User account → delete user account

5, click → add new user in the computer settings

6, the account created in this way, the menu is normal ( Instead of a mix of Chinese and English yin and yang menus).
