This is because Microsoft's new compatibility view list automatically shields a small number of websites with poor experience. So what if you want to browse these websites?

Steps:

1. First open the local folder, C:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\InternetExplorer\\IECompatData and find the xml file.

2. Open the xml file and press Ctrl+F to search for flash. At this point we can see a lot of flash sites, add incompatible sites.

3, then start the IE10 browser, click the tool button, select the Internet option.

These websites that do not support Flash support are basically incompatible with the Windows touch experience or rely on other controls to implement. At this time, users can only manually add Flash support for Win8 system IE10 browser.
