Method 1: Modify the registry value.

Registry path: HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT/ControlPanel/Keyboard

Steps:

Right click on Start - Run (enter regedit) - OK or Enter, open the registry Editor;

In the open Registry Editor window, expand: HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT/ControlPanel, find the Keyboard in the ControlPanel expansion, and left click: Keyboard;

In the right window corresponding to the Keyboard, we can see: InitialKeyboardIndicators, left click: InitialKeyboardIndicators, then click on the file in the upper left corner - Export;

Export in the open Registry file window, we click: desktop, enter in the file name (N) column: keypad. reg, then click: save (the purpose is to back up the registry file, if there is a problem, restore the registry file can be); Br>

Return to the Registry Editor window, we left-click: InitialKeyboardIndicators, in the value data (V) column of the pop-up edit string window, change the value from “2147483648” to “2&rdquo ;, click again : Save and exit the Registry Editor.

Method 2: Modify the BootUP NumLock Status in the BIOS (the numeric key lock status at boot).

Press the F12 to enter the boot setup window, click: Enter Setup to enter the BIOS;
