• Search for regedit.exe in win10 preview


• Open the Registry Editor and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > MICROSOFT > WINDOWS > THEMES > PERSONALIZE


• Right click on EnableTransparency and set the value 0 changed to 1


• Restart Windows or restart the file manager via Task Manager and you're done
