• Open IE11

• Enter about:flags in the address bar (note the English colon)

• set “Experimental Web Platform Features” Enable)

• Finally restart IE11 browser.

According to AnandTech, the rendering is not very stable. Follow the above steps and try to select Disabled in the third step. Then use IE11's old rendering engine.
