How does Win10 Preview 10041 pin my favorite settings to the Start menu?

Yesterday, Microsoft launched Windows 10 Build 10041 for internal testers for testing, including several new features like the start menu transparency. Although most of these features are already built into the leaked Windows 10 Build 10036, Windows 10 Build 10041 also has its own new features. One of the new features is to allow users to pin their favorite settings to the start menu.

The user opens a settings page and can see that there is a pin icon on the left side of the search bar in the upper right corner. Click this icon and the shortcut for this setting will be pinned to the Windows 10 Build 10041 start menu. However, according to the tester, this feature is quite unstable, and closing after clicking may cause the setup application to crash multiple times.
