Microsoft's new plan Win10 control panel or will disappear?

Microsoft Winows 10 internal survey leader GabeAul said on Twitter today that Microsoft plans to replace the traditional control panel with a new setup application in Windows 10, leaving the traditional control panel completely disappeared from Windows 10. Obviously, Microsoft does have a new setup program that is planned to be used instead of the existing control surface. In the end, setting up the application will be able to do everything the control panel can do now. This will definitely delight those who are in favor of letting the control panel disappear, but it’s bad news for the control panel’s “lovers”.

But some people say that Microsoft can't remove the control panel from Windows 10 because it's tightly integrated with the operating system and it's not easy to delete, but it doesn't seem to be the case. GabeAul has already expressed control in Windows 10. The panel will be replaced by the new setup application.
